Yes. "Safely is Basic" is our guiding principle. Every fabric undergoes rigorous testing to meet the highest standards for children's wear — free from harmful substances and gentle on delicate skin. Soft textures, breathable constructions, and thoughtfully positioned seams help avoid pressure points, making our garments ideal even for children with sensitive or easily irritated skin.

We recommend machine washing in cold water on a gentle cycle with mild detergent. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners, and tumble dry on low heat or line dry to preserve the natural softness and functional properties of TENCEL™, Warm Ginger, and bamboo fabrics. Our quality construction is designed to withstand repeated washing without fading or losing shape.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (2-3 days during promotions). We offer free shipping on orders over HK$399. Estimated international delivery: Canada 7-14 business days, Europe 10-15 business days, Asia Pacific 3-6 business days, and the rest of the world 14-21 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking once your order ships. Please note international orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes upon delivery.

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the return. For size exchanges, we cover the return shipping cost; for defective items or our errors, we provide a prepaid return label and a replacement or full refund. Final sale items cannot be returned.

Each product page includes detailed size information. For the best fit, measure your child's height, chest, and waist, and compare them with our size chart.
